Direct beneficiaries per year: 1100 families, or 3500 people. Of whom, 45% were children.
Geographic areas served: Eden Prairie and Chanhassen, Minnesota
Programs: a food shelf, housing assistance, employment counseling, mental health services, and money management. We help people to meet their basic needs, while providing additional services to help them on a path toward self-sufficiency.
