Programs: Community and day habilitation- supervised instructional program during the daytime hours. The program accomodates mentally retarded and developmentally disabled individuals living in residential facilities and private homes. Approximately 24 individuals served.
medicaid service coordination- coordinates medicaid waiver services to people with developmental disabilities. Provides case management, monitors service provision and refers to other community services. Approximately 119 people served.
family support services - programs that help in times of crisis when a family member or loved one becomes ill or when things get difficult at home for other reasons. With assistance and support, families can often work these situations out and stay together. Approximately 22 families served.
