Provides services by brokering appropriate transportation and related services for hca hrsa medicaid clients covered by medicaid services. There were approximately 317,010 trips provided during the year.
employment & training: provides training for economically disadvantaged adults in the form of on-the-job and classroom training, provides assistance in retraining dislocated workers, and provides community job placements for low income clients. There were approximately 550 clients served during the year.
senior nutrition: provides nutritious meals to economically vulnerable senior citizens in a congregate setting as well as delivering meals to house-bound individuals. There were approximately 92,020 meals served during the year.
call center 211: provides access to information for health, human services, emergency and disaster response, and public health information. There were approximately 33,283 calls handled during the year.
