Mission: To nurture a rewarding personal care experience to fortify the independence of persons with disabilities.
Programs: People enhancing people (pep) is a non-profit, personal care assistant (pca) choice organization that promotes the personal choice of disabled individuals to manage and direct their pca services. As a pca choice provider, pep is a fiscal intermediary and third party employer with the individuals they serve, allowing their clients to be the managers of their own pca services - responsible for the hiring, training, scheduling and directing of their pca's. Pep also seeks to educate communities and businesses on how to approach people with disabilities in a more interactive way.
