Mission: The Pensacola Historical Society was organized in 1933. In 1960 it opened the Pensacola Historical Museum and in 1967 the Lelia Abercrombie Historical Library. The main purposes of the membership organization are to collect, interpret and exhibit as well as publish material on the history and culture of Pensacola and the northwest Florida area.
This organization's nonprofit status may have been revoked or it may have merged with another organization or ceased operations.
