Mission: Penn york opportunities for the handicapped, inc. Is a not for profit organization that creates opportunities for people with disabilities by focusing on community integration, personal achievement, life long learning, and employment.
Programs: Adult training facility provides highly individualized services for people with developmental disabilities that help them to achieve their highest quality of life, enjoy new life experiences, and build skills that allow for greater independence.

The school-to-work students gain experience in the community through work at a variety of job settings to prepare students for successful integration into the workforce as they become adults. The goal of school-to-work is to develop a portfolio that leads the student into successful adult living and work, enhancing their self-advocacy and self-determination skills.
