Mission: The Pearl Mae Foundation is a 501(c)3 faith-based charity with the mission of creating a community of support by being of service to others. Many Americans are living longer and are faced with decreasing abilities and increasing needs. Outliving their support systems and resources, many seniors find themselves in positions they never expected to be in; socially isolated, having to choose between buying food or medication, or even physically unable to care for themselves. For many senior citizens, Social Security is their only source of income. The average monthly payout to retired workers was $1,230 in 2012. Unfortunately, many are dependent on the fixed funds every month and are constantly under finical pressure due to the cost of living and health conditions. The Pearl Mae Foundation’s Senior Grant Program provides support to low-income seniors (ages 65 and above) in times of financial crisis. Our goal is to avoid the escalation of a financial crisis by providing a one-time grant that ranges from $250-$500. Every individual’s situation is different and exhibits their own unique needs. Some examples of needs we grant to include: • Medical co-payments including medications and specialist visits • Home reconfigurations to keep the senior safe in their home • Unforeseen bills to help in times of crisis • Food shortages If you would like more information please visit our website at www.pearlmaefoundation.org or email hello@pearlmaefoundation.org

Thank you Lauren Sullivan and Crew and your wonderful Foundation. Your willingness, help, time and effort to assist us people of Rockport, TX and area, in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey and for all you have done is very generous and greatly appreciated. You and your donations have certainly have made a difference and helped very much. Alone the care and concern you showed, even afterwards, with follow ups to assure, was- is amazing. To me this speaks big for you and Pearl Mae Foundation. I certainly will always remember and will mention how you all came and were there in time of need and hurt for so many.
