I met Isabelle 14 years ago when owning an Animal Sanctuary was her dream. Isabelle is an angel for all the furry friends left behind. She is an amazing person who cares about the well being of animals. I don't trust anyone to take care of Bloom while I am out of town. She is our hero.. Juli and CC Bloom
I visited Paw Parent in for the first (but hopefully not the last) time in November 2016 when my friend and I volunteered for a few days with Isabell and her dogs and cats.
The sanctuary is well maintained and very clean. The dogs have nice big runs where they can run and be active in addition to being walked daily. Some of dogs even spend time in Isabell's home!
There are established routines with feeding, grooming, vet checks and lots of love and attention.
Isabell has such a passion for the animals but it is hard work! It would help so much to have more volunteers!
My plan was to visit the shelter and help out for a few days but you know dogs have a way of finding people who need them filling an emptiness we don't even know we have. So it was for Ryleigh, a nine year old Shepard mix who took all of five minutes to stake her claim to my heart. I felt she needed to join our family in Minnesota. Isabell and Ed made transporting and adopting her so easy and within two weeks I had a California girl at my doorstep. She has adjusted so well to her new home and her new family and enjoyed the first Winter snow today.
I'm a volunteer with Paw Parent Animal Sanctuary, and it is a wonderful experience. Isabell Csaki is a fabulous CEO/Founder. Her love of the animals in her care is beyond measure. All sanctuary animals are not only loved, but medically treated by her rescue veterinarian. She has a couple of adoption events a month (see event calendar on website). Paw Parent is a all volunteer, 501(c)(3) non profit animal sanctuary, completely operated by donations. All rescues should be this good!
