Mission: Pathway enterprises, inc. Is committed to ensuring adults with developmental disabilities are offered opportunities to live, work, and recreate in their communities so they may experience personal growth, integration and independence.
Programs: Residential services: pathway enterprises, inc. Provides 24/7 home care and support services and supported living services to individuals who experience intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and co-occurring physical and/or mental illnesses. Services include teaching social skills, daily living skills and behavioral management. Pathway supports people who choose group living or independent living environments and served an average of 32 individuals in group living and 25 individuals in supported living during the fiscal year.
employment and community education center: pathway enterprises, inc. Supports adults who choose to work within local businesses in southern oregon and provides employment opportunities as well as job preparedness skills. Employment, education, and training promotes self worth and integration within their communities. Pathway provided education classes to over 35 adults during the fiscal year.
