Mission: The mission of the canaan recovery foundation is to assist women who are alcoholics and addicts and need to achieve sobriety and redirect their lives in recovery. The 12 steps, structure, accountability, group support, and educational opportunities are utilized by our members to maintain and enhance their journey out of bondage. Families and loved ones are offered education, direction, and activities to rebuild healthy relationships and participate in the recovery process.
Programs: The path of grace home is a faith based, long-term, sober-living facility for women who are recovering from alcohol and drugs. This recovery home offers a structured, protected opportunity for individuals to grow in their recovery, rebuild relationships and return to protective family and community involvement. The program requires a six-to-twelve month in-house residency for its participants. Acceptance into the home and the program is contingent on a person's desire to change and willingness to accept guidance and direction. Residents must adhere to a strict set of guidelines and activities that form the foundation for life transformation and recovery.
