Mission: Passavant Memorial Homes Foundation (PMHF) was created in 2001 to support Passavant Memorial Homes Family of Services (PMHFOS) and its commitment to enriching the lives of children and adults with intellectual disabilities, autism, and behavioral health needs. PMHF creates awareness of and provides additional financial resources for the quality programs of PMHFOS, which care for the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of individuals while promoting choice and independence. PMHF upholds the contention that all people have the right to lead full, productive, and independent lives. PMHFOS is a leading human services provider that offers a comprehensive array of support services to address the unique needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and behavioral health needs, while promoting choice and independence. Since our founding in 1895, PMHFOS has been dedicated to empowering the individuals we serve to live successfully in their communities. PMHFOS has evolved into an innovative service organization that consistently exceeds the expectations of individuals, families, and the community. The founding and parent organization within PMHFOS, Passavant Memorial Homes (PMH), is a private, non-profit human service agency that provides residential, educational, recreational, vocational, and spiritual opportunities to those we serve within their local communities. With a strong emphasis on supporting individuals and their families in the achievement of personal goals, PMH encourages each person to reach their fullest potential.
