Mission: Because the vast majority of school buildings in the Archdiocese of New York are 75 year or older, the founders of Project YESS realized that a vital means of service would be to provide funding for capital repair projects. Schools rendered unsafe and unsightly through years of wear and tear could apply for grants to fund specific repairs projects designed to increase enrollment and improve the building's appearance, environment and safety.
