As an Extension educator and train-the-trainer, I have used the FightBac! materials in my programs and encourage other educators to use them, as well. The Four Core Practices are easy to incorporate into our own food safety programs, and they are easy to explain to our program participants. Our educators also love your webinars. We are especially glad to see your new recipes with basic food safety steps added. This is something we have needed for a long time. Thank you for all you do!

Partnership for Food Safety is one of the best organizations out there today.
With so many parents and people in general being so busy and over worked it is easy to forget to take precautions in the kitchen and being safe.
Getting back to basics and washing hands throughout the day, simple steps to keep your food and kitchen safe is so easy to do.
A must for every house hold. as educators we find showing and demonstrating to our students is key. Students go home and share healthy habits to keep food and kitchens safe with parents. Thank you ,

This is exactly what The Partnership for Food Safety Education does consistently throughout the year. I am a food safety specialist for a multi-million dollar food manufacturing plant and the information I have received from the Partnership is immensely valuable in many ways. The information is always current, applicable and very interesting to read and apply in my job. I'm also able to use the Partnership's webinars and online food safety programs for continuing education credits for my CP-FS credential.

The Partnership for Food Safety Education is a great and valuable resource for food safety information. I teach food safety skills for workers in assisted living and the handouts that PFSE provides are so helpful. I love the conference and was so sad that I had to miss it this year. This is a non-profit that is doing great work that we really need with the evolution of the food production cycle.

It has been a privilege to serve on the PSFE's board. The Partnership's success is built on the recognition that education and behavior change must involve strong relationships. The Partnership leverages its network of thousands of "Bac fighters" to make food safety personal, and the stories of transformation are inspirational.

Fight Bac is such a great resource - they are my go-to resource when I am trying to find supportive information. I am working on a new curriculum for child care providers, and they have a multitude of resources that have been very helpful. The bi-annual conferences that they organize are well done and certainly make me want to go back.

Congratulations to the Partnership for 20 years of educating the American people about food safety! When my grandson died of E.coli O157:H7 in 2001, PFSE was only four years old and there weren’t as many BAC Fighters as there are today. It’s taken a lot of hard work, and while the results are amazing, there is still so much more to be done! As a Board member, I look forward to helping the Partnership to fulfill its mission of developing strong food safety messages so that all Americans can make informed decisions about the food they serve to themselves and their loved ones.

Congratulations in reaching 20 years for promoting food safety practices! Your webinars, teleconferences, & free downloadable hand outs have been an immense help to me in my profession with spreading the message of safer food handling practices to my clients. The science behind the information is made tangible to the average person & I've found positive responses from those I've referred to your website too. Keep up the great work!

I use the materials from PFSE to educate the public on the prevention of food poisoning via the regional poison control center for South Florida. It's very helpful to have the Fight BAC resources ready to go, and to know that they are well researched and focus-tested. I don't have much time to devote exclusively to food safety (with so many other poisons to educate about), so I appreciate the PFSE helping to fill that gap. We've also shared their social media posts via Florida and national poison control center social media. Thanks!

Happy 20th Anniversary, PFSE! The Partnership for Food Safety Education has provided high quality, timely, science-based resources for food safety educators, health professionals, teachers and families for 20 years! Whether it is a need for educational materials or ideas about evaluating outcomes, the Partnership helps BAC-Fighters nationwide protect public health. Best of all? The materials are free which is great for health educators and teachers with tight budgets! The Partnership plans and implements a Food Safety Education Conference that brings together food safety educators nationwide. It is a great opportunity to share experiences, get new ideas, network with other food safety professionals and learn how to be more effective as an educator. I have used Partnership campaigns such as Fight BAC!, MythBusters, ProducePro and others to reach audiences of adults and youth. If you haven't tried www.fightbac.org, don't let another year go by without it!

Personal and helpful, even to a new member who requests insight and feedback. I wrote a blind email inquiring about all kinds of things and someone got right back to me and answered my questions, advised how to get involved AND suggested how they could help me. The overall purpose of this group, to educate on food safety, is worthy in itself. But to be able to provide a face with a name and an individual, communicate not via a mass e-mail shows the commitment the Partnership for Food Safety Education has to its mission as well as to its members and advocates. The Partnership for Food Safety Education is a wonderful organization dedicated to providing education to consumers about the importance of food safety. I believe that food safety is a topic that most people do not discuss. The Partnership for Food Safety has been an invaluable resource for my organization. We provide food safety training to caregivers of older adults, a population which is vulnerable to food-borne illness, and use many of the resources provided by the Partnership for Food Safety Education to teach safe food handling, preparation, and storage. The webinars and blogs published by the Partnership for Food Safety are very informative and the Partnership does a great job incorporating the experiences and practices of community members across the country. My agency has had the honor of being features twice this year in their national blog and given the opportunity to present our teaching strategies to board members of the Partnership for Food Safety this past May. The Partnership for Food Safety is doing a great service by spreading the word about such an important topic and our agency looks forward to working with them in the future.
