Programs: Community jobs - provides transitional, community based job experiences and related support services and training for tanf recipients encountering problems getting into the permanent job market; there were 341 new participants enrolled.
youth build - helps students that have dropped out of high school to receive their ged, gain construction related certifications, develop leadership skills, and gain work experience in a construction related project. Youth first - helps at risk students graduate from high school by providing community based coaching, mentoring, career exploration, job training and work experience. Combined there were 70 new participants enrolled.
limited english proficiency pathway - provides job training and employment services to previously unserved refugees and welfare recipients with limited english language skills; there were 314 new participants enrolled.
other program services include employment services to seniors, individuals with barriers to employment, disabilities, visually impaired, and homeless.
