Mission: We serve our region's citizens by providing leadership and inspiring people to build permanent resources for the betterment of their communities through the foundation. Advisory committees are established by the foundation according to its 'scholarship policy', and in compliance with h. R. 4. Board members to such committees are approved by the foundation's board annually and assist in the review of candidates based on the fund's selection criteria and recommend recipients to the foundation's board. All scholarships are awarded without regard to race, sex, or creed. Recipients are required to submit evidence of post-high school qualified educational institution enrollment, and submit transcripts or other evidence of academic progress each year.
