Programs: PARCA, Partners & Advocates for Remarkable Children & Adults, has been enriching the lives of people with developmental disabilities since 1952. Our programs are designed to create a feeling of extended family to help people live as independently as possible and enjoy all that life has to offer. PARCA provides residential programs, support for those living independently, respite care, before- and after-school child care, and family support and advocacy services. Our commitment is to provide support to our clients and their families at all stages of their lives.
