Mission: Panhandle area development district's purpose is to assist local governments with economic development and resource conservation within the geographical region of the nebraska panhandle. The organization was created under the state of nebraska interlocal cooperation act of 1962.
Programs: Economic development of the nebraska panhandle by providing service to local governments to assist in applying for grants and service for grant administration.
