I am a Board member for Pan Asian Rep because I believe so strongly in the mission, and in Tisa Chang who has led the company since it's founding. When you turn on the tv today, the actors you see are there because Pan Asian paved the way for them, and many are Pan Asian alumni. The company addresses the ongoing strides needed to ensure diversity in media and continues to fight to make sure the Asian American experience is represented in popular culture, and recieves the platform it deserves.
