I have used clients from PBHC for mass mailouts the past few month. The staff at PBHC have been very responsive to my needs and have bent over backwards to help get the job done.

I worked with PBHAB's job developer. I hired one of the candidates that she referred to me. The job developer was professional and worked side by side with the new hire. The job developer listened to our needs and expectations and guided the new hire accordingly.

As in all volunteering, I recieve much more than I will ever give. The outstanding work of the clients on a variety of projects, the overall enjoyment of work with the clients, and the professionalism of the entire staff makes this a job I often wonder more people do not volunteer for. In the 3 years I've been here, I have never experienced anything but cooperation and hard work by all.

I taught for over 7 years with student with learning dissabilities and I'm very happy and proud to be helping out now at the Palm Beach Habilitation Center (PBHC). The PBHC provides such a loving and caring envirnment for all the clients. I do not feel like I am going to work each morning, but that I'm going to spend time with my family. In addition to a welcoming and nurturing place, the PBHC puts great effort at providing the clients with the job skills and life skills needed in today's market. I really enjoy the Job Club where clients meet once a week in a small group setting and are given the opportunity to participate and role play proper etiquette.
