Causes: Chambers of Commerce & Business Leagues
Mission: To be the premier union contractors association, optimizing relations between labor and management towards the positive growth of the finishing industry.
Programs: The stepping up award was designed for our members to acknowledge and show appreciation for the signatory union employee who consistently exemplifies the characteristics of leadership, professionalism, dedication to his/her workmates, integrity, and pride in his/her skills. The winners are selected by each member company based on the qualifications listed above.
annual directors dinner - to honor those that have volunteered their time during the year as a board of director.
member services - to help our members with pension/trust issues, grievance resolution, arbitration, apprentice training, etc.
