Mission: The primary purpose of the pacific mountain institute is to foster innovative solutions for social and environmental issues.
Programs: The gear to grow project provides a conduit for outdoor retailers and manufacturers to donate outdoor recreation clothing and gear for the benefit of non-profit organizations that focus on getting underserved communities involved in outdoor recreation. To date, this project has helped to get outdoor clothing and gear into the hands of hundreds of at-risk teens involved with outdoor recreation organizations.
