The PDS foundation is able to provide education and services to help those that may not know how to even ask for help. They seek out needs, and then help to fill those individual, family, or community needs. Their love and services goes far beyond state lines and to foreign countries, not just the USA.

PDS has been an excellent partner when helping our student's prepare for landing their perfect job. The information is presented in a fun and informative way. The interaction helps the student understand and retain the information that will help them succeed!

I am proud to be an education partner as well as a client at our local PDS dental office.

PDSF has been a wonderful partner! Their care and concern for students is at the very highest level. From training, teaching, education, and promoting the art and career path of Dental Assisting is second to none. The resources they offer have been a big help to our campus and especially students. Thank you, PDSF!

Pacific Dental Services Foundation has been on the forefront for dental equity in its Dentistry for Special Needs Program and International Service Trips to Guatemala. The Dental Assistant Scholarship Program has also created economic opportunities all over the nation for people in the dental industry.

Highly recommend as the outcomes and impact are amazing and only going to expand.

I love to serve with the PDS Foundation in Guatemala. The clinic there is making an extreme impact in oral health care. Over the years we've seen this impact by the level of care patients need. We've seen that by having a clinic available, with a clinician available for emergencies and follow-up care, they have healthier, happier smiles. The team in Guatemala is also making an impact by travelling to local schools to provide oral health education and cleanings to the children. This is making generational change in Guatemala.

I have worked with the PDS Foundation since 2016. It started with the Mobile Dental Clinic events. They are amazing and people are so happy to receive life changing dental treatment. My involvement then grew as I attending a Special Needs Training workshop, traveled to Guatemala and Fiji to serve their communities, and have seen the life-changing care their Dentists for Special Needs clinic is providing patients in Phoenix, AZ. I truly believe that their work is changing lives and creating smiles around the world.

The Pacific Dental Services Foundation does great work! From advocating for the special needs community to supporting dental assistant students. They also put on mobile dental clinic events across the country and lead teams of volunteers internationally to serve communities in need.

Pacific Dental Services Foundation is helping many students who are preparing to enter the Dental Industry. Their scholarship to need based students and awarding different students quarterly dedicated to training for their career goes a long way in inspiring the next generation to pursue their dreams. The foundation empowers the next generation to improve the community in their role, and mentor the recipients to become even better productive leaders. Pacific Dental Services Foundation also volunteers and provide special boot camps and training for dental students introducing them the most advanced skills and tools in the industry and career prep which ensures students continue to advance in the needs of dentistry.
Check out impact the Foundation has made to our recent recipient and video attached that participated in the boot camp across multiple UEI College campuses and their students. https://www.uei.edu/blog/marine-corps-vet-grateful-for-scholarship/

Mobile Dental Clinic, Dental Assistant Scholarship and International Trips!

I am beyond grateful to have been able to actively volunteer with the PDS Foundation over the last 3 years!

Lets start with the Mobile Dental Clinic! Traveling to multiple states being able to provide modern dentistry to communities all around the country all on a bus. Its not only providing patients with modern dentistry its giving dental assistant students the opportunity to serve along side me and others in the industry. I get the opportunity to provide same day dentistry to patients and train and develop the next generation of dental assistants. Showing them the value of being able to share your passion for dentistry with those in your community.

Dental Assistant Scholarship! Supporting and mentoring the next generation of dental assistant leaders. Ensuring dental assistant students have the opportunity to purse their career and provide the financial support that is so hard to find theses days with student loans not always available . Taking it one step further to ensure the scholarship provides the opportunity to network with the best of the best in the dental industry. I am proud to be the mentor of this scholarship as its not just financial support its an opportunity to growing personally and professional as a dental assistant in the dental industry!

Last International Trips! Guatemala will forever be a place I hold close to my heart, from the friendships, smiles, laughs and tears of gratitude. I was able to provide dentistry to all ages in a very short time period of time, on average seeing 40 patients a day. Cherry on top was being able to help both dental students and dental assistant students elevate their clinic skills as we sit side by side them, working towards perfecting their clinical skills. Its one thing to provide dentistry in Guatemala it is another to invest your time in those who will stay after we leave to ensure access to dentistry is always available.

I've seen firsthand how the Pacific Dental Services Foundation has contributed to communities around the world. Tens of thousands of individuals have received millions in donated dentistry over the past 10 years. The recent focus on increasing access to patients with mental and physical disabilities with the opening of a dental practice in Arizona dedicated to that under served population is especially astounding.

I had the chance to serve people in Ethiopia and Guatemala. Both of my experiences with the foundation were great. Everything was well organized... from our flights, hotels, meals, clinics and we even got to experience the local culture. I felt safe, appreciated, and it felt amazing providing the dental treatment people needed.

This is my favorite nonprofit organization. I have served on 4 mobile dental bus clinics and 2 international dental service trips with the PDS Foundation over the past 4+ years. They are leaders in their field when it comes to providing free dental care to the underserved.

The Serve Trip that Changed My Life!

As a dental healthcare professional, nothing brings me more joy then using my talents and abilities to help those in need. Even though it is my part of my career to assist in providing dental care in an office setting, I always felt the need to do more where the need is greater. Thanks to the Pacific Dental Services Foundation, my passion to serve bloomed even more when I was chosen as a volunteer to join them in their week long trip of service to Ethiopia. The amount of donated dentistry that was donated within that week was phenomenal! We changed the lives of so many men, women, and children and even to this day I can remember clearly the big smiles they had after being cared for. It has been a little bit over a year since I had the opportunity to serve in Ethiopia with the PDS Foundation, and I'm proud to say that I am now working as the Coordinator of this amazing non-profit organization. At the moment, I coordinate and attend most of our non-profits Mobile Dental Clinic events that take place in 11 states. In each event, the lives of so many underprivileged people are changed just by getting their dental needs cared for at no cost to them. The feeling of knowing that I have had a small part in making this world brighter one smile at a time is in a simple term: PRICELESS! I am convinced that my initial service trip to Ethiopia with the PDS Foundation changed my course of life and provided me with a sense of purpose. It is and will always be my desire to continue giving alongside with the PDS Foundation because it is my shared belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to enjoy a healthy smile.
