Mission: The pacific american foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of pacific americans by educating and informing decision makers and leaders at all levels on the vital policy areas for americans who trace their ancestry to the indigenous peoples of the pacific islands. Programs: Kulia natural resource stewardship program is a three-year science program, funded through a grant from the us department of education under the native hawaiian program, connecting 7-12th grade students and teachers to research scientists and studies related to climate change impacting the watersheds of the windward oahu.

aim for youth hawaii (aim hi) is a subcontracted project in which paf is engaged to increase the youth awareness about civic engagement and to increase youth involvement in community activities.
