Results: OPAC is a cultural beacon and catalyst for advancing the arts, enhancing quality of life, and promoting cultural development within Ventura County and beyond. By serving as an incubator for creative innovation, and assuming a key role in strategic arts planning, OPAC will continue to be a valuable, vibrant, and vital part of Oxnard's cultural life.
Target demographics: We provide a dynamic venue for the community and presents accessible cultural arts experiences that won't be found elsewhere in the City or County. Our cutting-edge events and programs are designed to meet the interests of our residents and visitors - of all ages and backgrounds. Every year we host a robust season of events featuring local and International as well as emerging and distinguished artists who help make Oxnard a vibrant and enriching place to live and visit. From mainstage acts in the theater and campuswide festivals to intimate lectures and workshops, there is something for everybody at OPAC.
Geographic areas served: Our 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, the Oxnard Performing Arts Center Corporation (OPAC), was established in 1998 as the administrative, programming, operations/management, and fundraising arm of the Center. We provide cultural and community programming by supporting, producing and presenting theater, dance, music, media/visual arts, residencies, and outside-the-box programs that are of, by and for Oxnard.

Our Sight + Sound and PACC the Arts festivals and animal welfare convention, RESCUECON, all encourage, showcase and engage local filmmakers, musicians, and visual artists to produce and exhibit their work.
