Mission: To do works of charity and benevolence and to establish facilities for the care of the sick, aged, infirm and indigent persons.
Programs: A level iii 47 bed facility providing round-the-clock skilled nursing care to its residents. The facility provides to both medicaid recipients as well as residents not eligible for medicaid and private pay patients. As a resident's needs become greater they will be able to stay at the home provided the home is able to meet their care needs and providing the home is able to obtain a variance for level of care from the appropriate state licensing level.
