OCTAA is one of the best Non-profit organizations in Orange County. It plays a key role to promote the friendship in the Turkish American Community. OCTAA also represents the secular, pluralistic culture of modern Turkey. OCTAA has its own non-profit Turkish School, which provide a great, cost effective service of teaching Turkish, not only to the children with Turkish heritage, but also offers the same service to other people from any ethnic background., as well as to the adults of any age.

Without OCTAA's existence, Turkish Americans would be lost. Turkish American children would be left without being taught their mother language.

OCTAA operations are completely transparent. It is run hundred percent by volunteers and run in very cost efficient way with a incredibly low assets and budget. It needs the support of each community member to sustain its operation and achieve its cause.

Orange County is so fortunate to have OCTAA as a Non-profit organizaion.

I love being a part of this great organization! I have been volunteering for 3 years. This is a great non profit organization that brings Turkish people together in Orange County. We have a Turkish School so that non-Turkish speaker adults and/or children may learn the language and the culture. We have picnics where Turkish people socialize and enjoy the day. We also have contributions to other non profit organizations such as BTF (Bridge To Turkiye) in order to help girls' education in rural Turkey.

OCTAA is one of the best non-profit organizations in Southern California. It is not just bringing all Turkish, Turkic and American people together, also it helps Turkish community in Orange county to remember and keep its roots by having gatherings on special days. OCTAA also helps Orange County Turkish School in many ways to bring Turkish language education to our little ones and adults who would like to learn Turkish as well. I would highly recommend people to check OCTAA website and come to one of the gatherings to taste a piece of Turkey right here in Orange County.
