Mission: Since 1976, Orange County Opera has provided Southern California school children the opportunity to experience live, professional opera within the confines of their own school. During the past 30 years, Orange County Opera has performed over 7,500 comedic opera shows for nearly 2,000,000 Orange County elementary students. Orange County Opera seeks to introduce children to the beauty, humor, and relevance of opera as a diverse, multicultural art form.
