Mission: The Mission of the Orange County Community Foundation is to encourage, support and facilitate philanthropy in Orange County.
Results: The Orange County Community Foundation ranks among the top 5 percent among more than 750 U.S. community foundations. We also rank in the top 7 percent for grants awarded and the top 12 percent in total assets.
Programs: In 2010 OCCF’s grant and scholarship awards reached an all-time high of more than $22.4 million, making us the 11th most active grantmaker in the nation among more than 750 U.S. community foundations. And since our inception, OCCF has delivered more than $166 million in grants and scholarships in Orange County, throughout the nation and around the world—with $102.1 million granted over the past five years alone.
