Causes: Emergency Assistance, Human Services
Mission: Operation care is a christian ministry that seeks to provide for the physical, spiritual, emotional, and social well-being of people in need of a loving, compassionate environment in the name of jesus christ.
Programs: Provide christ centered and holistic medical and dental care for low-income uninsured people. We have 36 trained medical provider volunteers who provided 4,122 individual services to patients this fiscal year.
provide a stable home environment and christian enrichment for women and children who are homeless or are in danger of homelessness to transition to self-sufficiency. We use local partnerships along with our own services for an accountability and enrichment model which equips the women for success and productive lifestyles. We provided transitional housing for 70 homeless women and children this fiscal year.
assist families in need through the provision of food, clothing, housing goods, and furniture. Clothing is donated by the general public. Items not used to assist families are sold to the general public. Money from the sales are used to fund the operation of the organization in general.
