Our church began supporting Operation Mobilization (OM) in 1995. I was the treasurer and my wife was the bookkeeper. We visited the US office in 1996 and we were so impressed by what this group is accomplishing for the Kingdom that I quit my job the next morning and we joined the orginization. That was over 18 yearss ago and we have been donors, as well as missionaries, ever since.

Mission: Founded in 1957, OM has established work in more than 100 countries around the world and on two ocean-going vessels which provide books and facilitate conferences in port cities. This includes distributing Bibles, assisting local churches, training young people and much more. The fastest-growing area of OM is relief and development which meets humanitarian needs and helps those who may otherwise be neglected. Teams provide education, literature, job training, food, clothing and medical care.
