As an Independent Mary Kay Sales Director, each June, I run a campaign with my customers to ship sunscreen to our military serving overseas. This year, I stumbled across Operation Courage is Beautiful and I was absolutely thrilled to partner with them. My customers really got behind the effort, as well, and I was able to send almost 200 various Mary Kay items in the past several weeks to OCIB to include in their care packages. I love that this organization truly caters to the needs and desires of our female military and makes it so easy for us to support them in such a tangible way!
I am an active duty service woman serving in afganistan on a six month deployment. Operation courage is beautiful sent me by far the best care package I have received! This is truly an organization dedicated to helping us (service women) feel like women in one of the most men directed jobs. Yes girls are tough too but we don't have to look or smell like a man to do it! My care package included items geared toward women such as good smelling shampoos and lotions, nail polish (for our toes of course), lip balm and mascara! I was thrilled!!! This was such a blessing to receive and I cannot say thank you enough!!
