Mission: To provide domestic violence and sexual assault support services, crisis intervention and education to our community.
Programs: Domestic violence shelter - the organization maintained a safe house that sheltered women and children during the year. They also provided services to 254 victims. These services included transportation for victims to safe shelter, appointments, and court or other locations as well as individual peer counseling sessions.
the rape crisis program provided non-residential domestic violence services to adults and children, helping obtain temporary restraining orders and advocacy in court. They provided crisis intervention in approximately 34 cases of sexual assault.
