connections program provides one to one case management on walk in basis we facilitate connections to local services providers for personal well being employment education and housing
circle of support is a new program focusing on relationship building to improve longterm stability and success youth identified support networks are developed to support and assist youth in their goals in the areas of housing employment education and wellbeing assistance is also available to facilitate informal host home arrangements
