town arraignments program - this project is intended to coordinate representation at arraignment in the 14 largest justice courts, before 33 judges. This project will provide counsel at arraignment for approximately 90% of defendants arraigned in town and courts.
justice assistance grant program - provides arraignment and other services to special (defined) populations to get people with non-violent offenses released from jail by eliminating the barriers to their release.
