My name is Neami Tervil and I am mentor for ONFIYA. It has been a pleasure and honor working with Janea Harris and her organization. I have never witnessed an organization like ONFIYA where underrepresented children are given opportunities to learn and grow into professional adults. I commend the organization on their ability to coordinate events geared towards developing our mentees into future leaders. Janea goes above and beyond to ensure the success of each participant by creating a syllabus, workshops for mentors and the mentee, and weekly check-ins. In addition, ONFIYA provides shadowing opportunities which allows the mentee to explore different career fields and engage with members of their community. The services that ONFIYA provides should not go unnoticed. The amount of work, communication and time put into building and maintaining the company is praiseworthy. I am proud to be a part of the organization.
Onfiya is a life saver for us, we moved to GA last year and my 11 year old grandson was very depressed and had trouble making friends, the Onfiya organization changed his world upside down for the BEST, when my situation gets better I'm going to volunteer and help as much as possible.
My sons have had the privilege of attending ONFIYA summer camp this year. This is their first time attending a summer day camp, and they are enjoying every minute of it. I feel comfortable dropping my children off due to the safety measures and work ethic of the staff. While there’s plenty of fun to be had at camp, my boys are also learning French and brushing up on their math skills. I’m happy that ONFIYA is able to make our first experience a good one.
ONFIYA strives to ensure that each person they encounter doesn’t leave the same way they started which in itself, speaks volumes. Being able to witness the hard-work and dedication that ONFIYA continues to put into their mentors and mentees as well as the unwavering support that they offer throughout the community, is an amazing experience that Im glad to be a part of.

This organization has been a great inspiration children lives that we have they have been very supportive they have helped in the community they have helped us build our daughter and son up and to the ways they need to go they have help with prom and graduation do they have dinner inspiration also they have help with field trips in the community and we realize and recognize that they have given back to the community and we want to say that this is a great program and we are going to refer other people to this program due to all the support that they have given the community
Shortly after being connected to ONFIYA AGENCY, CEO, Janea Harris, I knew she had a heart of compassion for children in undeserved communities. She doesn't consider the distance nor the amount of time she has to expend in order to provide quality services and experiences to the youth. This summer, I observed as she went through great lengths to present many of them with their first, overnight experience over 4 days and made sure to impart wisdom and knowledge in them before they went to bed at night. She is truly a positive impact to the youths, their parents, and the community.

O.N.F.I.Y.A. is an amazing organization that everyone should want to be a part of!! They provide at-risk youths and young adults with the skills and tools they need to succeed in the real world.
