Mission: One love worldwide is established to provide aid and resources to underprivileged persons in an effort to rehabilitate their environment and create self sustainability.
Programs: One love worldwide raised over 41,000 at our 2014 christmas benefit in hobbs, nm. The benefit focused on four villages that were without safe access to clean water located in ghana's eastern region. Prior to the benefit, olw had researched both the demographics and the history of the water crisis in each particular village. After the benefit, olw traveled to ghana to rehabilitate four boreholes in four different villages. Olw spent 12,851 on water projects in 2014 repairing boreholes in the four proposed villages, as well as a fifth borehole in a separate village. We also completed the rebuild of the polytank stand in teacher mante village. Our operations abroad were 7,549. Our international costs, including travel and equipment, were 5,627. Olw spent 1,117 on our designated and special projects that provide healthcare and/or education to a handful of people. The olw headquarters in ghana is integral to our operation, and proper maintenance is a must; we used 3,976 on various repairs and maintenance. In summary, in 2014, one love worldwide completed five water projects providing 10,000+ people with safe access to clean water. We visited olw's six other water projects to discover water flowing strong at every borehole. Our water project model is working, and we celebrated an important milestone - safe access to clean water for more than 20,000 people
