Programs: Publish newsletters on organization's website in order to 'connect' one health stakeholders, 'create' teams and networks, and 'educate' others about one health issues.
hosted a webinar in order to: connect one health stakeholders; create new strategic partnerships and networks for collective, purposeful, and coordinated action; and educate participants on the one health paradigm and way of thinking towards improved health outcomes. Specifically, in november 2014, the one health commission hosted the first international who's who in one health webinar. The webinar was incredibly successful, presenting over 8 hours of 15 speakers with over 1,000 attendees logging on from over 40 countries worldwide.
engage in student outreach programs. In february 2014, the executive director attended the veterinary student day at the cdc where she was able to meet student one health advocates and help 'connect' the students from many academic institutions so they could share information about local one health projects and activities at their respective schools.
