My two daughters have been attending On Stage Theatrical Productions for about two years now and it’s been a wonderful experience for them both. I’ve been so impressed with how much they’ve improved in their techniques and how much their confidence have grown in the last 2 years. Not to mention, the discipline acquired through being involved in the dance company. The teachers are incredibly skilled and make every class exciting and fun for the girls. It’s a welcoming environment, from the front desk to the teachers, we couldn’t ask for a better group of people. The girls look forward to every dance class and have made so many wonderful memories through this program. We are incredibly lucky to be part of this program!

On Stage Academy of Performing Arts has been such a wonderful and important part of our lives since my daughter went from trying out a musical theatre class several years ago to becoming part of the competitive dance team, advancing to become one of the senior dancers, auditioning and obtaining roles in musical theatre productions, and getting her first pair of pointe shoes.

The productions and recitals have been exemplary, and have given our family joy to see the growth of our daughter and her friends as they learn the value of hard work and commitment to enhancing their skills. But beyond the performances, it has been so encouraging to know that our daughter is learning good work ethic, respect for her instructors, her fellow performers and herself, which shows in many ways, including the professional expectations that these children must live up to in order to be part of this program.

I was blown away by “A Christmas Carol” that was performed last Christmas season, and am so excited to see the upcoming “Peter Pan Jr” as well as the upcoming dance competition and recital! It is such a blessing to witness my soon-to-be teenager get so excited to work hard and have fun week after week at rehearsals, gaining skills and friendships that will impact her for years to come!

OnStage provides a welcoming environment that is always clean, organized, and inviting. The studio offers a wide range of performance opportunities, including trips and events, allowing students to showcase their talents. My daughter participates in a variety of classes, from dance and musical theater to private voice lessons and solo coaching. OnStage has truly become a second home for her, where she’s formed lasting friendships with other students. The instructors are passionate and supportive, always encouraging students to grow, improve, and reach their full potential.

I was a student at On Stage over 20 years ago, but the lessons I learned while there have stayed with me throughout my career. When a student goes to On Stage, they not only learn to dance; they learn skills for teamwork (try to perform in the March of the Wooden Soldiers without working as a team...), time management (dedicated homework zones in the wings of the theater during rehearsals), giving & receiving feedback (critiques of form & technique throughout class), executive presence (ability to get on a stage in front of hundreds of people and continuing to smile & be graceful if something goes wrong), problem solving (organizing costumes & shoes to quickly change between routines), and leadership (senior company members aiding junior students). As a current executive at a Fortune 100 company, I wish I could send some of the leaders I am responsible for developing at work to On Stage to learn from Miss Linda. As a leader, Miss Linda demands the best of her students, and pushes them to achieve their full potential. An investment in an On Stage student will pay dividends in the value the alumni will bring to any environment they work in.

I have been a member of On Stage Academy of Performing Arts from kindergarten to high school 1997-2009. I was part of the "Bumble Bee Program" a non profit organization that allowed low income students explore recreational classes. On Stage has taught me the foundation and art of friendships, passion and commitment at a young age and carried me towards a successful path. At On Stage, I had the fortuity to travel and perform in Tennessee and Florida at memorable acclaimed venues and cultivated the art of movement through dance performance and created lasting friendships well into generations.

This non profit program was the essence of my childhood and the evolution to my success. Through my years of training at On Stage, the company provided me the discipline of hard work and dedication towards my accomplished goals. I am deeply grateful for the opportunities and self-confidence On Stage instilled within me. The program continues to cultivate the value of character building through the lens of performing arts.

My daughter has been a part of the dance, voice, and musical theater programs for 15 years. The teachers instilled a sense of confidence in her that other endeavors did not. The staff pushes the students to strive for their best, and the energy of the studio is unparralled.
