Causes: Health
Mission: To improve the quality of life for children with severe multiple impairments, as well as their families. We will accomplish this by bringing hope to each individual as well as providing physical, emotional, and financial support. We will also raise awareness for and support research of Alexander Disease and other types of Leukodystrophies; for a cure!
Target demographics: improve the quality of life for children living with severe multiple impairments and terminal illnesses.
Direct beneficiaries per year: 3000 positioning pillows were handmade and delivered to area children's hospitals.
Geographic areas served: the greater Lansing Michigan community and beyond
Programs: comfort tools for sick kids in the hospital, homebound items ,respite support to caregivers, gas gift cards for doctor appointments and etc.
