Fueled by the start of a five-year training and support contract with the nyc department for the aging and enhanced city council support including a substantial new digital inclusion initiative, oats trainers conducted 170 five and ten-week courses for older adults throughout all five boroughs of new york city. Course topics ranged from computer basics for older adults (pc) to job searching in the digital age, and three new courses were added to oats extensive training curriculum: build your own website with wix.
