Old Colony Hospice is outstanding. The comfort and care provided to the patients and the support to their families makes such a tremendous difference. I have personally learned from many and witnessed the compassionate care the extraordinary staff gives. Mission: To make the end of life care experience better for the people we serve. The Old Colony Hospice team compassionately cares for individuals and their loved ones coping with complex illnesses and end of life needs while preserving dignity and quality of life.
Target demographics: bring compassionate hospice care to patients and support to their families
Direct beneficiaries per year: over 800 patients and their families with end of life care
Geographic areas served: 50 cities and towns throughout southeastern Massachusetts
Programs: veteran volunteer support program, pet therapy visits, music therapy, bereavement counseling, Forget Me Not Dementia therapy program and so much more.
