Programs: O. C. R. A. Operates a quality recreation facility that allows the youth of okeechobee county ages 4 through 15 to participate in baseball, t-ball, softball, football and cheerleading activities. Community volunteers use the county facilities as a forum to promote team work, sportsmanship, fair play and discipline for positive school and community involvement.
