Mission: Our mission is to significantly reduce the overpopulation of cats and dogs in the Okanogan Region by offering affordable/free spay & neuter programs, providing emergency vet care as needed and developing partnerships with no kill rescues that will receive our unwanted cats and dogs and provide them with adoption services.
Target demographics: provide affordable spay, neuter and vaccinations for dogs and cats of the low income residents of our area. We also work with local residents to help manage the community cat population by providing free spay and neuter services for these animals.
Direct beneficiaries per year: We provided spay or neuter services to 760 dogs and cats, and also were able to help cover the cost of 21 animals that needed emergency services at our local full service vets.

Programs: Humane feral cat management and reduction of the overpopulation of owned abandoned and stray cats and dogs in Okanogan county by offering affordable and free spay and neuter services to those who qualify.
