Mission: Oadsp's mission is to create competency based career paths for direct support professionals. Training offered by oadsp is specifically designed for anyone who works directly with individuals with developmental disabilities. Oadsp's programs are grounded in self-direction and self-determination.
Programs: Seminars and courses to educate direct support professionalsoadsp held two events in 2017. Event 1-direct support professional summit in may 2017 was attended by 326 attendees. Event 2- direct support professional recognition event in september 2017 was attended by 418 attendees. Oadsp modified its dspaths credentialing program to offer the credential to high school juniors and seniors.
