Ogden Rescue Mission Inc

I would like to share my experience with the Ogden Rescue Mission,I was a programmer for about 7 months and I have observed a lot of disrespect and mistreating of those in need of help.I realized that it all stems from the attitude of the director and her assistant of whom is an active alcoholic and very rude,anyways the housemanager has an attitude of not giving a damm about anything except for what he can get,several times I have requested that I could get blankets from the closet to give to those who need,his reply was "Do they have a coat",what does that have to do with being cold?Most of the fellas in the program are getting high on drugs or drinking,cause they know that they are not going to be tested,cause again,housemanager said,"it costs to much ".So basically you are giving them the opportunity to have a place,laundry,food,tv,all for free,and get high as well,is this a program or a flop house? I mean you have several men that have been there for over 12,8,6,4 years and still not contributing or changing the way they are living,so I ask you,are they a program or an enabler for them? I have some good times there as well but most is a nightmare and has to be addressed by the board of directors,they need to know what is really going on there.I mean now come on,having a registered sex offender on the staff and letting him choose his roommate of which he chose the youngest of programmers as his roommate and they have the ordasity to say that they are Christian facility,I think it's a spit on God's house but I am not to judge,That's God's job. All I am saying is everyone thinks that the Ogden Rescue Mission is providing respect and dignity to those who need,and giving them what they are in need of,but in reality they are not,I mean why are there several freezers stocked with meats and they serve a bowl of beans,or soup,or 3slices of donated pizza,come on,they are all adults and need a good hot meal,they have rooms full of can good yet won't give away or use.I am starting to believe that they are saving for a disaster that isn't going to happen.Again,I am not bashing the place,just giving facts and opening some areas that need to be exposed about the place everyone thinks is so loving and caring,my question is,is it a program that is God inspired or man inspired?Basically what I am saying is everyone needs to realize that it is not all that it claims to be and I hope that we can together as Christian followers can pray for the mission in Ogden and hope that God has mercy on the ones who are using b's name to gain for self.I pray that God removes those who are using the mission for wrong reasons and that God can regain control over the Ogden Rescue Mission. Many might think this is in a spiteful or revengeful matter,but I wanna make it clear,this is not a way of being anything but honest,I have some friends that are willing to come forward and share their experiences with the mission,so if more of which there is ,is needed,please contact me and I will be more than happy to share it with you.
