I’m so grateful to this organization . After my daughter passed. Stepping into the roll of being a Guardian to my 2 granddaughter’s has been at times overwhelming. One is a senior, and the other is in middle school . Things are quite different from when my children were in school . If it had not been for OCP Community . I wouldn’t know half of the things needed . In order to insure that these 2 very bright honor roll students have the best opportunities afforded to them…..
Thank you from the bottom of my heart, and may God Bless You .
OCP is such a great organization! This organization was there every step of the way to see my daughter through accomplishing her goals of attending college. The organization helped with resume writing, aligning her with scholarship opportunities, meeting deadlines, holding my daughter accountable and much more! I would recommend OCP to any high school student! If we had to do it all again, my daughter would have started earlier during high school.
OCP is one of the best non profit organizations I've experienced. The workers are genuine and dedicated to helping us in the program succeed. Even after graduating Mrs.Connie was sure to still call and help me find the resources I needed. I’m grateful to have experienced an organization like this.
Highly recommend!!
I definitely recommend this program to all students in high school. This is a great program, and Mrs. Constance works so well with the students. She’s so patient and she’s so diligent. Even after they exit the program she continues to follow up with them throughout college to help in any way that she can. I would advise anyone looking to get their child into this program to follow her for updates because the program fills up extremely fast. My daughter was in this program for only one year and she was able to perform a number of community service hours, participate in a number of college tours, and receive a full ride to college in scholarships.
Ethan graduated in 2023, receiving his High School Diploma as well as his AA degree at IRSC. Ethan’s dedication and commitment towards his schooling came quite easy to him, however, being able to navigate the world of applying for scholarships to further his education was another story! Mrs. Connie Peterson was such a vital part of Ethan’s life during that time. She was very attentive and catered to his needs as if he was her top priority! She worked along side Ethan completing dozens of applications, dedicating endless hours into making sure everything was completed correctly and submitted on time! Mrs. Peterson’s assistance was invaluable and she played a pivotal role in Ethan’s life! We couldn’t have done it without her!
My daughter was one of the FIRST students far as I’m concerned before Mrs.Peterson even thought of this program. My daughter use to stay after school in Middle School with Mrs.P and with her help she was able to get scholarships after scholarships. She was taught how to write essays and get dat MONEY ‼️ Just say my daughter got renewal scholarship money every semester ‼️ My experience with OCP IN SECOND TO NONE
My first meeting with Mrs. Peterson occurred during my oldest son's senior year of high school. Lacking guidance on preparing him for college, I turned to Mrs. Peterson, who helped him secure a full scholarship, including an athletic scholarship. With her track record, it was an easy decision to enroll my second son in her program. She helped him find summer work-study jobs and eventually secured six or more college scholarships for him, some of which are renewable for four years. This program has been a game-changer for both of my sons, offering invaluable support and guidance.
April 13, 2022 was a day that I will never forget! My daughter was blessed with over 10 scholarships. Her hands were so full that she couldn’t hold them all! It wouldn’t have been possible first without God and then Mrs. Peterson and her staff. OCP Community Outreach is the best way to go! I advise everyone that child or children that isn’t apart of OCP Community Outreach, needs to be. I still contact Mrs. Peterson till this day for advice and she is always available. Thank you Mrs. Peterson ❤️❤️❤️
Mrs Connie was a bleesing to my daughter and my family. She goes over and beyond to make sure the students are prepared and set up for success. Without her help and guidance my daughter would not have received over 61k in scholarships. She guides them along the entire college application and scholarship process. They are constantly in engaged in community service projects and volunteer hours. She makes sure they are exposed many cultural and educational opportunities. I can not thank you enough for all that you do!!!!!
This program speaks volumes! My daughter has learned so much being in OCP for the last four years. Mrs Peterson and her team is such a big help with furthering my daughter's education. She makes sure to keep parents involved with everything she does with the students. She is very informative about the opportunities out there for the young kids. High recommended!!
Mrs Peterson and her staff do an absolutely outstanding job with the youth. My daughter looks forward to every meeting and group volunteer opportunity. The staff provides invaluable expertise and guidance, helping to navigate the road ahead to college as well as teaching the life, social, and employability skills that will allow these children to become successful adults. Hands down, one of the best decisions I have made for my child was to enroll her in the program.
Before I signed my daughter up for the OCP, I heard about all the great things, Mrs. Peterson and her group did. Everyone cares about our children’s future and made sure they were on track to achieve success.
This past summer they worked extremely hard to be ahead of the incoming grade. They made sure as a senior, she was signed up for ACT/ SAT and even had practice test. Mrs. Peterson is always guiding with a firm hand, encouraging the kids to do their part in volunteering.
They say, it takes a village…this is the village.
I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the invaluable support and guidance you provided to my son throughout his college process. Thanks to your organization, he got accepted in his top school choice and was able to receive $30,000 in scholarship funds prior to his high school graduation!
Your program has been instrumental in helping him not only secure financial support but also in enhancing his overall college education/experience. The assistance he received with his college essays, resume, scholarships and volunteer hours was exceptional. The mentorship and resources provided by your program truly made a difference in his preparation for college.
We are genuinely grateful for your commitment and passion that OCP Outreach demonstrates in supporting students and their families. Your organization has opened doors for my son that will undoubtedly shape his future.
Thank you once again for everything you do!
This nonprofit program has been a blessing to me and my son. Mrs.Peterson and her staff does a great job making sure our kids excel in everything they do when it comes to their education. With her guidance along with the staff, we were able to accomplish things we didn’t think was possible. She keeps the parents involved and encourages them keep going knowing the road to success is not easy. I recommend this program to everyone.
Mrs. Pederson is amazing at what she does to help our children and community. She leads them with great triump, humility, and determination. My daughter and I are thankful to have OCP’s guidance throughout her junior and senior years. This program should be in every community.
OCP Community Outreach helped my daughter obtain over 44K in scholarships! She is a 1st generation college student coming out of a single parent household. Without this program there would have been no way my daughter would have had the opportunity of attending a university. OCP and its staff made it possible for her to pursue her dream and I am forever grateful for the opportunity to be apart!
I am so glad I enrolled my daughter into this nonprofit program! Mrs Peterson and staff is A BIG HELP and very informative when it comes to the students needs and wants. Thank you for having my daughter apart your program #1 nonprofit group
What an awesome program! Mrs. Peterson and her staff does a remarkable job working with high school students. There is ACT/SAT workshops, assistance with scholarships, financial aid, and FAFSA. She prepares the students for interviews and there is plenty of volunteering opportunities. She does not leave a corner unturned. OCP Community Outreach had an enormous impact on my son and me. Thank you Mrs. Peterson for caring enough to give our children the very best support, assistance, and love. Debra M.
