I have lived in several states during my life and I have been a constant supporter of my local library systems. The Ocean County Library in Toms River, New Jersey, is by far the best I have experienced. It is the cultural meca of my community, where one is exposed to changing venues of local artists, musicians and continuing educational programs. I am never moving again!
