Mission: Its has been a life's dream of Reverend Gilbert O. Leigh, a Jamaican, to serve the children in the Caribbean Islands. Having developed social service programs for children and youths for many years in the Chicago area, he felt that it was necessary to begin a ministry to the children of the Caribbean Islands, starting with Jamaica.
