I'm a huge fan of this valuable community, cultural resource. This organization introduces to the East Bay community a vast array of traditional Asian music, arts and cultural, but also the cutting edge, vibrant, new, innovative trends in the arts as well. It is a place for all of us. It is truly a treasure in our midst!

In working with OACC staff, they have been willing to take on new ideas and develop them as joint ventures. The spectrum of activities that OACC holds is spectacular as evidenced by their performances to celebrate cultural festivals and new year. We need a center like this and its very much a jewel in the San Francisco Bay Area.

OACC is the epicenter of Asian cultural arts in the East Bay. They support traditional performing arts, historical archiving, cultural education and collaborations with numerous API organizations. OACC also supports progressive API organizations such as Hyphen Magazine, and provides the community with much-needed physical space at an affordable rate. OACC's staff is educated, helpful and sincerely care about the community's education and well-being.

I co-founded American Center of Philippine Arts. If not for OACC, we wouldn't have the space or the resources to bring Philippine cultural dance and music to East Bay youth. The staff are energetic and loving individuals who are truly passionate about the Bay Area Cultural Arts and artists. I have always felt welcome coming to OACC and attending and participating in the many opportunities and events.
