Causes: Community Improvement & Capacity Building
Mission: Oak ridge land bank will stimulate planning, economic development and neighborhood revitalization by acquiring, managing and disposing of vacant, abandoned, tax-delinquent and under-utilized properties in a manner that fosters the development of such property by returning them to productive use. In addition, the organization will analyze and evaluate properties throughout the city of oak ridge to preserve and revitalize neighborhoods.
Programs: Evaluating, reclaiming and developing unused, vacant, tax-delinquent, or undesirable land for potential housing opportunities or returning them to productive public use properties.
